Privacy Policy

1. Who we are Scope

This privacy policy applies to the website published at https://yyapk.in.net ("this site", "we", "us"). We are an independent affiliate publisher. We produce guides, reviews and informational content about the YY Game platform and link visitors to it.

We are not the operator of YY Game. We do not create or hold player accounts, we do not process deposits or withdrawals, we do not run the games, and we have no access to your YY Game balance, transaction history or identity documents. When you follow a link from this site and register on the operator's platform, the operator's own privacy policy governs everything that happens from that point onward, and you should read it separately.

This policy is written with reference to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 as they apply in India.

• Performance data — page load timings and JavaScript errors, used to find and fix problems.

c. Information we do not collect

We do not collect or store payment card details, bank account numbers, UPI IDs, passwords, OTPs, identity documents, gameplay history or account balances. If any page or person claiming to represent this site asks you for those, it is fraudulent — do not provide them.

3. How we use your information Purposes

• To respond to you. If you contact us, we use your details solely to reply to that enquiry.
• To operate and improve the site. Aggregated analytics tell us which guides are useful and where readers get stuck.
• To maintain security. Technical logs help us detect abuse, scraping and attempted attacks.
• To measure referrals. Aggregate, non-identifying counts of clicks on affiliate links.
• To meet legal obligations. Where a valid legal requirement applies to us.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not rent, trade or licence it. We do not build advertising profiles about you, and we do not use your contact-form details to send marketing you did not ask for.

4. Cookies and similar technologies Tracking

• Referral records — aggregate counts only, retained for accounting purposes.

7. How we protect your information Security

• The entire site is served over HTTPS with TLS encryption; there is no unencrypted route to it.
• Access to any stored enquiry data is restricted to the small number of people who need it, under access controls and logging.
• Hosting and content delivery are provided by established vendors with their own certified security programmes.
• We practise data minimisation — the most reliable protection for information is not to collect it in the first place.
• Dependencies and server software are patched on a routine schedule.

No system connected to the internet can be guaranteed absolutely secure. If a breach affecting personal data on this site ever occurred, we would notify affected people and the relevant authority without undue delay, in line with the DPDP Act.

8. Your rights DPDP Act 2023

In relation to the limited data this site holds about you, you have the right to:

• Access — ask what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy.
• Correction — have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected.
• Erasure — ask us to delete your data where we have no continuing legal reason to keep it.
• Withdraw consent — where processing relies on your consent, withdraw it at any time.
• Grievance redressal — raise a complaint with us and receive a substantive response.
• Nominate — nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity.

To exercise any of these, contact us using the details in section 13. We respond to verified requests within 30 days. There is no charge for a reasonable request.

Rights concerning your YY Game account — gameplay history, balances, KYC documents — must be exercised with the operator, since we hold none of that data.

9. Children and age limits 18+ only

This site and the platform it describes are strictly for adults aged 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18, and this site is not directed at children in its content, design or promotion.

If you believe a minor has submitted information through this site, contact us immediately and it will be deleted. Parents and guardians who share a device with a young person should consider content-filtering software; most major platforms include parental controls capable of blocking gambling-related sites.

Our hosting and analytics providers may process data on servers located outside India. Where that happens, we rely on providers that offer contractual data-protection commitments and appropriate technical safeguards, and we transfer only the minimum data necessary — which for this site means aggregated technical and usage information rather than identifying personal data.

12. Changes to this policy Updates

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices, our technology or applicable law. The version number and "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflect the current version.

Material changes will be announced on the site and in our community Telegram channel before they take effect. Continuing to use the site after a change takes effect indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
